Items purchased online will be left on the dock for pickup with a receipt attached. If you plan to pick up after closing, please indicate that on your instructions. Otherwise, we will put the order back in the warehouse.
For order integrity, we only offer dock pickup for larger item such as feed. Smaller items such as veterinary supplies must be picked up inside.
If an item is out of stock, you’ll receive a refund of that item back to your credit card. Although we strive to keep an accurate inventory online, sometimes bags go missing.
